These are the Terms of Service for Kerala Bus Simulator ("the game", "the app"), Android package com.techpakka.keralabussimulator. By installing or using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Who we are
The game is made by Casual Player, an independent game developer based in India ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
What the game is
The game is a single-player bus driving game set on the roads of Kerala. You choose a bus, drive it, finish missions and unlock vehicles. The game is made for fun and is not a driving lesson. Do not treat it as training for driving a real vehicle.
The game is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any real bus operator, transport company or brand. Any names or looks that resemble real buses are shown for entertainment only.
Who can use the game
You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are a child, please ask a parent or guardian to read them first and to make any purchase for you.
Your licence to use the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the game on your own device for your own private use, under these terms. The game, its buses, maps, models, art, music, code and text belong to us or our licensors. You do not get any ownership of them.
Rules of use
You agree that you will not:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or extract the game's code, models, maps or other content, except where the law lets you;
- cheat, use bots, scripts, modified apps or other tools to get coins, vehicles or progress, or to avoid ads or payment;
- attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to the game or our providers' services;
- sell, rent or share the game, your purchases or your progress with others;
- re-upload the game, or use its content, models or maps in your own products.
You may share videos and screenshots of your gameplay. Please do not claim the game as your own work.
We may limit, suspend or end your access if you break these rules, or to protect the service or the law.
Purchases, coins and ads
- Free to play. The game is free to download. The free version shows ads, including rewarded ads you can choose to watch.
- Remove Ads. You can buy Remove Ads inside the game. After you buy it, the game stops showing ads. It is a one-time purchase. The price is shown in Google Play, in your local currency, and includes any taxes that apply to you.
- Payment. Purchases are made through Google Play and are covered by Google Play's terms. We do not see or store your card details.
- Restoring a purchase. If you reinstall the game or change device with the same Google account, the game can restore Remove Ads. If it does not, email us with your Google Play order number and we will help.
- Coins and unlocks. Coins and unlocked buses or drivers are virtual items inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to another player. They are saved on your device, so they can be lost if you clear the game's data or uninstall the game.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund rules. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation right that the law gives you.
- Ads. Ad networks handle ads under their own terms. We are not responsible for the products or services that ads promote.
Changes to the game
The game is updated often. We may add, change or remove features, buses, maps or prices. We may also stop running the game or part of it.
Availability
The game is mostly offline. Some parts, such as ads, purchases and update checks, need an internet connection and depend on third-party services, which may be slow or unavailable at times. We cannot promise the game will always run on every device, or be error-free or free from interruptions.
Play safely
Please do not play while driving, walking in traffic or doing anything else that needs your attention. Take breaks, and do not play so long that it harms your health or sleep.
Your rights as a consumer
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another place with consumer protection laws, you have rights that these terms cannot take away. These include the right to digital content that works as described and, in some cases, a remedy if it does not. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows:
- the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises beyond those stated in these terms;
- we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for loss of progress, coins or unlocks caused by things outside our control, such as your device or a third-party service;
- our total responsibility to you for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you also keep the right to use the mandatory consumer protection laws and the courts of the country where you live.
Ending your use
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or suspend your access as described in "Rules of use". Sections that by their nature should continue to apply, such as ownership, responsibility and governing law, will continue after that.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time, for example when the game changes or the law changes. When we make significant changes we will take steps to inform you, for example in the game or on this page. If you keep using the game after a change, you accept the new terms. The version date at the top shows when they were last updated.
