These are the Terms of Service for Girlfriend Simulator ("the game", "the app") and our website casualplayer.net. By installing or using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Who we are
The game is made by Casual Player, an independent game developer based in India ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
Who can use the game
The game is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. It contains romantic themes, suggestive language, revealing outfits and references to alcohol. If you are under 18 you must not use it. We may remove access for anyone we believe is under 18.
What the game is
The game is a virtual companion game. You chat with an AI-powered character, customise her, explore her home and play through relationship stages.
- She is not a real person. Her replies are written by AI models and turned into speech by a voice service. She does not have real feelings, and she is not a friend, partner, doctor, therapist or advisor.
- Replies can be wrong or surprising. AI can say things that are untrue, odd or upsetting. Please do not rely on anything she says for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
- The game is for entertainment only. If you are in distress or in danger, please contact a trusted person or your local emergency or support services.
Your licence to use the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the game on your own device for your own private use, under these terms. The game, its characters, models, art, music, voices, code and text belong to us or our licensors. You do not get any ownership of them.
Rules of use
You agree that you will not:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or extract the game's code, models, voices or other content, except where the law lets you;
- cheat, use bots, scripts, modified apps or other tools to get coins, items or progress, or to avoid ads or payment;
- attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to the game, our servers or our providers' services;
- use the game to break the law, or to try to make the AI produce illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors;
- sell, rent, share or give access to your account, coins or purchases to others;
- use the game's content or characters for your own commercial products.
We may limit, suspend or end your access if you break these rules, or to protect the service, other people or the law.
What you write
You are responsible for the messages you send to the character. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other information you want to keep private. You keep any rights you have in what you write. You give us permission to process it, and to send it to our service providers, so that the game can work. This includes writing her replies, keeping her memories of you, and saving your progress. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Purchases, coins and ads
- Free to play. The game is free to download. The free version shows ads, including rewarded ads you can choose to watch.
- In-app purchases. You can buy digital items in the game, such as coins, Premium and Remove Ads. Prices are shown in the game and in Google Play, in your local currency, and include any taxes that apply to you.
- Payment. All purchases are made through Google Play and are covered by Google Play's terms. We do not see or store your card details.
- Virtual items. Coins and other virtual items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, and they cannot be moved to another player. They are tied to your Player ID on your device and Google account.
- Delivery. Digital items are delivered straight away. If a purchase does not arrive, email us with your Player ID and your Google Play order number and we will fix it.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund rules. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation right that the law gives you.
- Ads. If you buy Premium or Remove Ads, the game stops showing ads. Ad networks handle ads under their own terms.
Changes to the game
The game is updated often. We may add, change or remove features, characters, outfits, voices or prices. We may also stop running the game or part of it. If we stop the whole game, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Availability
The game needs an internet connection. We try to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or free from interruptions. Parts of it depend on third-party services, such as AI model providers, which may be slow or unavailable at times.
Your rights as a consumer
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another place with consumer protection laws, you have rights that these terms cannot take away. These include the right to digital content that works as described and, in some cases, a remedy if it does not. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows:
- the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises beyond those stated in these terms;
- we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for loss of progress, data or virtual items caused by things outside our control, such as your device, your network or a third-party service;
- our total responsibility to you for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you also keep the right to use the mandatory consumer protection laws and the courts of the country where you live.
Ending your use
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. To have your data deleted, see our Data Deletion page. We may end or suspend your access as described in "Rules of use". Sections that by their nature should continue to apply, such as ownership, responsibility and governing law, will continue after that.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time, for example when the game changes or the law changes. When we make significant changes we will take steps to inform you, for example in the game or on this page. If you keep using the game after a change, you accept the new terms. The version date at the top shows when they were last updated.
