How to ask us to delete your data
- Send us an emailWrite to [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request. Send it from the email address you use with the game if you can.
- Tell us who you areGive us enough information to identify you (for example your full name and email address) and any additional identity information we may reasonably ask for. This keeps your data safe from anyone pretending to be you.
- Tell us what to deleteSay whether you want us to delete all of your personal data, or only some of it.
- We reply to youWe will answer by email to confirm your request, and let you know when it is done.
What you can ask us to delete
You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you. To see what that may include, read the sections on personal data we collect and who we share it with in our Privacy Policy.
You can also ask us to access, correct or update your data, or to restrict or stop us using it. Use the same email address for all of these requests.
What we may need to keep
Some information may need to stay for a while, for example to meet legal, tax or accounting requirements. If your data sits in a backup archive, we will securely store it and isolate it from any further use until it can be deleted. This follows our Data retention policy.
Deleting things inside the game
- Memories: open the Memory screen from the home page and tap the bin icon next to anything you want her to forget.
- Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your own device. It does not delete data we hold elsewhere, so please send a request if you want that removed too.
Under 17?
The game is not designed for anyone under 17 (or under 18 in the UK). If personal data of someone under 17 has been shared with the app, please tell us and we will delete it.
